On language foundation, every caste gets 
State Caste wise Government as its own.

Every State Chief Minister is selected by 
his caste's nationals concerned for each 
State Caste wise Government.

So on any manner other castes' members 
can't be participated in the ministry of any 
State Caste wise Government though he holds 
the same mother tongue.

Since, raping and murders against women 
and untouchable crimes on basis of religious 
and castes grounds will be brought to end 
simultaneously.

Entire vacancies in employments and postings 
arises and created at State Caste wise 
Government offices would be offered at 
100 percent [in full] to the caste belonging 
nationals.

Thus reservation policies in providing employ-
ments at every State Caste wise Government 
will be abandoned. [This determination will not 
be applied at Central Government jobs],

Though for Indians [beyond castes and religions 
differences] no obstructions either in continuing 
or establishing businesses as per law, seeking jobs, 
getting employment at private sector and as such 
for residential purposes  purchasing lands for 
constructing building at any people living part of 
States and country.
